      Quarterly reports go to the Kingdom Seneschal.

    • By Kingdom Law, failure to file required reports can be held by the Kingdom Seneschal as voluntary resignation from office. If you are going to be late with your reports please contact the Kingdom Seneschal for an extension.
    Full Status Shires and Baronies

    Cantons (to Baronial and Regional) and Incipient Groups (to sponsoring group and New Groups deputy)
    • February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1 Quarterly reports go to Baronial and Regional Seneschals (cantons) or sponsoring group and New Groups deputy (incipient groups)
    • Group Online Report Form
    • Colleges are expected to report unless they have entered a period of dormancy, during which the group is inactive. Dormancy usually applies only to the summer trimester falling between May 30 and September 30. For exceptions, please contact the Kingdom Seneschal for an exemption.

    • Branches that do not send in a Quarterly Report by the deadline may be suspended automatically without prior notice.
