In January 99, Coronation dates were changed to be held in the Spring between the 2nd weekend in April to the same May and in the Autumn between the 2nd weekend in September to October. Crown Tournament dates were to remain the same. Both Crown Tournaments and Coronations were placed on a rotating schedule to encourage the different regions to equally share the burden of these activities.
An officer my resign by sending written notice to their superiors.
Officers will serve under warrants, which are renewed at the pleasure of the Crown or not. Maximum tenure may be set by the Great Officer to whom they report.
The crown may suspend an officer for the duration of a reign. A great officer may suspend one of their officers for up to 30 days.
The Crown and a Great Officer may jointly revoke the warrant of an officer, the person should be told why they're being removed from office.
The Crown and Great Officer may permanently remove someone from office if adequate reason is given, and once removed in this way may never again hold office under the jurisdiction of the same Great Office of State.
A person being appointed to fill a position vacant due to suspension/revockation/warrant expiry/et al., must be approved by the means normally stated in law. |

A major revision of the A&S Criteria was implemented effective for the 1998 A&S Fair season.
Revision of which awards may be given out by Principality royalty without prior consult with the Crown to include most armigerous awards, to be valid for this reign only. |
