"Academy of Saint Gabriel Report 2778," (http://www.s-gabriel.org/2778) "(Á sa) was used in Norway by the end of the 8th century and remained there throughout the Middle ages. . . . In short, we are confident that <A/sa> is good historical re-creation for a 10th century woman in Iceland or Norway and probably in Denmark and Sweden as well; it was pronounced roughly \AH-sah\."
[at Hrafnavatni ] -- "Academy of Saint Gabriel Report 2930," (http://www.s-gabriel.org/2930)
" . . . so we are quite comfortable recommending <Hrafnsvatn>, which can mean either "raven's lake" or "Hrafn's lake". . . Placenames in <-vatn> are more likely to be combined with <at> "at; by; by the side of." Viking Age example include: <Helgi at Helgavatni> . . . This is the pattern we recommend for your name: <A/sa at Hrafnsvatni> or <A/sa at Hrafnavatni>."

According to the paperwork: I was able to find several examples of names from the 15th century that are present in both Russian and Rumanian cultures. . . . While not conclusive there is a correlation given the influence of the cosmospolitan nature of the nearby Hungaria/Polish courts and the similar languages it is possible that a baby boy in Romania in the 15th Century could have been named Boris."

This map has north to the left rather than thetop of the page, so Utrecht is about in the middle of the image (though it is labeled Vtrecht) directly tot he right of the "scroll" of the word "Hollandt".
