(name has been sent to Laurel May '04)

Device was returned in May to be redrawn by Rouge Scarpe. "It needs better identifiability and larger bordure. I do not believe there is a conflict."

The original device was returned for conflict. The client had submitted a permission to conflict with the original submission but it wasn't signed. He has resubmitted the same device with a signed permission to conflict with Brenna the Disinherited (Bendy sinister four vert, argent purpure and argent).

7) Drakelaw, Shire of -- Resubmission Name and Device -- Sable, on a pale argent a dragon's head couped countourny sable between in chief two laurel wreaths argent.

The original submissions were "Black Dragon, Shire of" was returned Oct. '00 for lack of documentation and the device: "Sable, on a pale argent, a dragon's head couped sable, overall a laurel wreath counterchanged." was returned with the name.

The badge is to be registered to Konrad Mailander for his household "Haus Mailaner" which is registed by Laurel Oct '03.
