Here are the September 2002 submissions for your consideration and commentary. All submissions will allow major and minor changes unless otherwise noted. All commentary should be sent to the Rouge Scarpe Herald, THL Paul Wickenden of Thanet, early enough to arrive by December 1, 2002, with copies to Dragon, and myself. 4) Border Keep , Canton of New Group Name.

Border Keep is a constructed byname intended to mean either “keep on the border” or “keep of the man named Border” [Border] is dated to 1201 as a surname in Reaney and Wilson (s.n Boarder)p. 54. [Keep] was explicitly ruled SCA compatible in 11/01.
